Week 9: Your words have power! And, be careful how you talk to yourself!

I hope all is well!

So, this week I have been thinking about how we talk to ourselves and how easy it is for us to diminish and demoralise ourselves.

How many times have you used the phrases ’I hate my’ or ‘I wish I’ referring to yourself?

I hate my eyes, ears, nose, skin, belly, hair, thighs or I wish I was an x amount of kilos less or more or I wish I was taller or shorter or I hate my everything and I wish I was someone else! Ok, I am exaggerating a bit (and it is not always about the physical appearance!) but you know what I mean!

Week 7: 'Jim Carrey: I needed color'

I hope you are where you want to be!

This week was one of those weeks where you have a million ideas of what you want to say, do or write, but at the same time nothing makes sense and everything seems to be uninteresting and boring. I couldn’t make myself write any of the things on my list. The only thing that it was making sense was this ‘Jim Carrey: I needed color’ video.
