This week I wanted us to explore the idea of a mentor.
What is a mentor really? Is a mentor always an older wiser human who has all the answers to all of the questions? Maybe. Sometimes.
The more I think about it though, the more I believe that the concept of a mentor is changing or to be more accurate it has already changed.

I was passing by an art gallery the other day - “Lets go to the shop for a minute”, I said, “I want to see what they have” - a considerable amount of time later, I leave the shop with a book called Silence: In the Age of Noise! by Erling Kagge.
